Step 4:

Step 5:

This procedure is done to find out if someone has an opposition against the Trademark published. The opposition can be filed within 90 days from the date of publication. In some cases, the time limit may be extended to 120 days.

Step 6:
If no one raises any opposition within the stipulated time period, the Trademark registrar accepts the Trademark application and issues a certificate of Registration along with the seal of the Trademark Registry. After receiving the certificate of trademark registration, the applicant can use the symbol (®) next to its brand name.
